This position requires flexibility in working weekends during the wedding season and offers more free weekends during the off-season. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of esthetic services with precision and expertise, including but not limited to lash extensions, wedding makeup (classic and airbrush), eyebrow shaping and coloring with henna, lamination, and body waxing.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and any skin concerns or sensitivities, providing personalized recommendations and advice
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and products are properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a welcoming and comfortable environment to enhance their experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by addressing client inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and harmonious work environment, supporting one another and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Assist in promoting and marketing esthetic services, participating in events and initiatives to attract new clients and build loyalty with existing ones.

Requirements:
- Valid Esthetician license in the State of North Dakota.
- Proven experience and expertise in lash extensions, wedding makeup (classic and airbrush), eyebrow shaping and coloring with henna, lamination, and body waxing.
- Excellent knowledge of esthetic products, techniques, and best practices.
- Passionate and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their individual needs.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensure precise and high-quality service delivery.
