To ensure smooth operations and respect everyone’s time, we’ve established a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows us to fill openings with waiting clients. 

Canceling within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge, while no-shows are subject to a 100% charge. We require a valid credit card to hold your appointment. Your card will only be charged if you cancel or no-show within the policy timeframe. This charge is non-refundable. 

For New Clients, a deposit of $100 is required for any chemical services and the full service amount for haircuts is required. This deposit will be applied to your service and hold your appointment. After establishing a good relationship with the salon, the deposit will be waived, except for same-day appointments.
